Update: Extended Returns Policy 1/10/23 to 31/12/23

We are please to offer all customers (online and in-store) an extended returns window for the holiday season.

Any purchases made with us between 1/10/23 and 31/12/23 can be returned to us up to 31/1/24.

Please note you must notify adhere to our usual policy terms as detailed below.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. The following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in a re-sellable condition. In its original packaging with all parts.
  • You must return the product within 30 days of purchase
  • You must have your original receipt
  • Refunds can only be made to the original purchase method (cash or card)

Failure to comply with the above may result in us refusing your return.

Exchanges

Our policy on exchanges is the same as refunds.

Return of faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please return them to us for a full refund or replacement. The following conditions must be met:

  • You must return the goods to us within 30 days (there is a recent law change on this), alternatively if you are unable to do this please call us to inform us (within the 30 day period) as soon as possible and we will extend the return period to accommodate your next visit.
  • We must inspect the goods and agree that the fault is not the fault of the customer
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase
  • Refunds will be made to the original purchase method (cash or card)

Extenuating Circumstances

Loaded Dice Ltd reserve the right to accept or deny refunds and exchanges based on any evidence presented at the time and we will always endeavour to provide the best customer service without detriment to our business.
