One of the most remarkable components in this kit is the newly tooled road wheels, which even have casting numbers moulded on. The cross-sectional shape of the wheels is accurately replicated, too.

Not only that, there are other terrific bonus items such as side schurzen plates made from metal, convenient Magic Tracks, an aluminium gun barrel and 3D-printed muzzle brake. This is the ultimate Premium Edition kit, well engineered yet full of intricate detail. The icing on the cake is the impressive box art depicting a German tank fighting at Kursk.

Product Details

Scale is 1:35

Rendered with high accuracy and authentic details

Casting numbers and names are moulded onto road wheels

Extreme attention to detail correctly replicates that road wheel cross-section

Several road wheels have separate hubs and rims so modellers can impart a damaged look

Upgraded gun muzzle brake made via 3D printing

Aluminium gun barrel included as bonus

Side-skirt armour reproduced in metal for scale thickness

Metal smoke grenade rack and metal smoke grenade dischargers

Photo-etched parts included

Upgraded Magic Tracks for easy track assembly

One-piece lower hull made from slide moulds

Slide-moulded upper hull with accurate engine deck design

Side-skirt armour plates can be installed separately

Turret roof rendered with turret skirt armour brackets

Mantlet guard can be removed and gun unloaded as on real vehicle

Front turret armour and mantlet with full detail

Complete gun assembly with full detail

Finely detailed Kw K. 40 L/48 gun

Road wheels and suspension exhibit extreme attention-to-detail

At a glance

Scale: 1:35

Type: Assembly Kit

Subject: Tanks

Nation: German

Era: 1939-1945 - World War II

Brand: Dragon

Product code: D6894

Supplied unassembled and unpainted.
