During the summer and autumn of 2022, the main focus was on the Eastern operational zone, which became a theatre of high-intensity military actions. Alongside manoeuvre warfare, Ukrainian Defence Forces employed assault tactics aimed at dislodging the enemy from fortified areas and strongpoints.

There were also assaults on populated areas, arguably the most challenging aspect of modern warfare. The intensity and complexity of these assaults were evidenced by areas changing hands multiple times. To execute assault missions, besides specially trained fighters, a variety of forces and means were utilized—from armoured vehicles to FPV drones. According to soldiers’ feedback, successful assaults relied on meticulous planning, terrain study, direction of movement, evacuation routes, and anticipation of enemy forces and their firepower intensity.

Model Features

Includes the Kozak-2 armoured vehicle with figures

Includes driver, machine gunner, a soldier with binoculars, Special Operations Forces soldiers, and FPV drone operators

The set allows for creating a diorama scene depicting preparation for assault operations

Model Information

Scale: 1:35

Number of Parts: 449 + 112 + 53 + 34 pieces (648 total)

Includes detailed assembly instructions

Highly detailed sprues with high accuracy made from quality plastic

Box size: 410 x 260 x 55 mm

At a glance

Scale: 1:35

Type: Assembly Kit

Subject: Armoured Cars

Nation: Ukrainian

Era: 2022 Plus - Russo-Ukrainian War

Brand: ICM

Product code: ICMDS3521

Special Order - ETA 2-4 Weeks. We order this in for you from the UK distributor, so please allow 2 to 4 weeks for it to reach you.

https://www.loadeddice.uk/products/icm-1-35-before-the-assault-eastern-ukraine-2022-kozak-2-8-figures-icmds3521
