It was the beginning of establishing the United States as a state that has influenced and still influences world politics. This war is also considered to be in some ways unique and unlike any other civil war – it had features of both an internal war and a war between states. It was not just a clash between two differently equipped and trained armies – it was a kind of clash of civilizations. The mutual cruelty of the two warring parties, who had previously been citizens of the same state, reached unimaginable levels. As a result, the Civil War became the bloodiest military conflict for the United States in the country’s history, with 650,000 Americans killed, according to historians. No wonder the famous American historian Shelby Foote described it: “…It was the crossroads of our existence, and it was a hell of a crossroads”.

Model Features

The kit includes two sets of Union infantry and two sets of Confederate infantry

Figures have a high detail level of uniforms and equipment of soldiers

Some of the figures are shown in dynamic poses typical for close combat

The set allows you to create a vivid diorama scene of the US Civil War period

Model Information

Scale: 1:35

Number of Parts: 157 + 320 (477 total)

Includes detailed assembly instructions

Highly detailed sprues with high accuracy made from quality plastic

Box size: 294 x 230 x 58 mm

At a glance

Scale: 1:35

Type: Assembly Kit

Subject: Figures

Nation: American

Era: 1861-1865 - American Civil War

Brand: ICM

Product code: ICMDS3519

Special Order - ETA 2-4 Weeks. We order this in for you from the UK distributor, so please allow 2 to 4 weeks for it to reach you.

https://www.loadeddice.uk/products/icm-1-35-fierce-battle-american-civil-war-with-16-figures-icmds3519
