It was designed by the Panhard Company as a reconnaissance vehicle for the French army. Its serial production was launched in 1934, and it was designated as Panhard 178. These vehicles had a rear engine and all-wheel drive. Their main armament was a 25mm anti-tank gun. 551 vehicles were produced up to 1940. As part of the French Army cavalry units, Panhard 178 took part in combat in the spring of 1940. More than 200 vehicles were captured by the German army and, under the designation Pz.späh.204 (f), were used by the Wehrmacht. Some of them had a CDM turret with 47mm gun

Model Features

Model of the World War II armoured vehicle captured by the Germans

Highly detailed chassis, engine, and interior

Two version decal sheet for German vehicles is included

Markings Available

Р 204 (f) with CDM turret, 1000s abteilung, 89th Infantry Division, Auvergne, Summer 1944

Р 204 (f) with CDM turret, 1000s abteilung, 89th Infantry Division, Auvergne, Summer 1944

Model Information

Scale: 1:35

Number of Parts: 150 pieces

Length: 145 mm

Height: 72 mm

Includes detailed assembly instructions

Highly detailed sprues with high accuracy made from quality plastic

Box size: 294 x 230 x 58 mm

At a glance

Scale: 1:35

Type: Assembly Kit

Subject: Armoured Cars

Nation: German

Era: 1939-1945 - World War II

Brand: ICM

Product code: ICM35377

Supplied unassembled and unpainted.
