The F-35C has larger wings and horizontal and vertical stabilizers than other F-35 variants and folding wingtips in light of its carrier deployment design, as well as a larger fuel capacity and a reinforced nose landing gear with dual tires to help it withstand the punishment of carrier landings, plus a launch bar for catapult assisted takeoffs. Its low observability promises to give U.S. Navy operations a new dimension.

About the Model
This is a 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit.
