The Lore
The Drukhari never repented of the excess that doomed the Aeldari — they built a city for it. In Commorragh, hidden in the webway between realities, the dark kin stave off the thirst of Slaanesh by harvesting the suffering of others, and their realspace raids exist to keep the larders full.
Kabals, wych cults and haemonculus covens compete in cruelty as an art form. They are what happens when an ancient race decides morality was the problem.
