Adepta Sororitas (Sisters of Battle)
The Sisters of Battle — the Ecclesiarchy's warrior order, faith made manifest in bolter and flame.
About Adepta Sororitas (Sisters of Battle) — Lore & How They Play
The Lore
The Adepta Sororitas — the Sisters of Battle — are the militant arm of the Imperial creed: an all-female order of warriors whose faith in the God-Emperor is so absolute it works miracles on the battlefield. Where the Sisters march, saints walk, the dead rise to fight again, and heretics burn.
Born of the Ecclesiarchy's loophole-driven need for an army "without men under arms", they became something far greater — living proof that in the 41st millennium, faith is a weapon.
On the Tabletop
An aggressive mid-range army built on faith: bolters, meltas and flamers pushed up the board, backed by Miracle dice — a resource you bank and spend to guarantee the roll that matters most. Martyrdom fuels the engine; your losses literally power your miracles.
Play them forward and confident: claim the mid-board early, spend Miracle dice like a gambler with divine backing, and keep your melta squads close to whatever most needs to die.
The Adepta Sororitas (Sisters of Battle) are the Ecclesiarchy's warrior nuns: power armour, bolters, flamers and enough righteous fury to keep a cathedral heated for a thousand years. Collect them for fast, faith-fuelled firepower and some of the most characterful plastic kits in Warhammer 40,000.
