Change is in the air — and we’re not talking about the next hot Warhammer release. We are packing up our online operations and rolling out to a brand-new warehouse in Sully, South Wales. Why, you ask? Here’s what this move means for you;

1. More Choice on the Website and in store

Ever clicked “out of stock” and felt your gaming dreams crash harder than a critical failure? No more. With our expanded warehouse space, we’ll be able to stock more titles, expansions, and accessories than ever before. Think of it as levelling up your shopping experience.

2. Faster Dispatch and Delivery Times - 

Time is of the essence—especially if you have a game planned! Our new warehouse is optimised for speed. We’re talking shorter pick-and-pack routes and streamlined dispatch processes, shaving hours (or even days) off your delivery time.

We have also teamed up with DPD local to provide an improve delivery experience, here's how;

3. Better Customer Service

With our team stationed right next to the warehouse, communication barriers are reduced. Faster restocks mean fewer “sorry, we don’t have it” messages—and our customer service reps will be fully armed (with knowledge, not just dice) to keep you informed and satisfied.

4. The Shop Isn’t Going Anywhere

Relax. This isn’t a “we’re closing the shop” plot twist. Our storefront on Holton Road in Barry remains open, unchanged, and eager to welcome you. In fact, the new warehouse will feed a bigger range of products to both our online and in-person shelves. That specific paint colour you've been wanting to get? It’s coming—and soon you’ll find it at the counter or a click away.

5. Local Love: Warehouse in Sully, Vale of Glamorgan (South Wales)

We believe in supporting our community, so we didn’t ship our operations to Timbuktu. Our new warehouse sits just down the road in Sully, Vale of Glamorgan—local to our shop and our hearts. This proximity means tighter quality control, fresher stock, and a local dependable workforce.

A Small Heads-Up

As we move mountains of cardboard and stacks of dice trays over the next few weeks, you might spot some stock errors or low inventory notices. We’re sorry for any hiccups—consider it the wobble before the 20. Rest assured, our team is working double-time (and occasionally triple-time) to get everything sorted.
