Do I need glue or clippers?
Neither. Every model is push-fit — they come off the frames by hand and click together, so there's nothing standing between opening the box and playing.
Are paints included?
No — this box is models, rules and battlefield. The miniatures are supplied unpainted and you can play with them bare while you decide on colours. A starter set of Citadel paints and a brush is the natural next buy.
How is this different from the Introductory Set and the Ultimate Starter Set?
Three sizes of the same on-ramp. The Introductory Set is the small, cheap taster with paints included. This Starter Set steps up to two proper contrasting armies and a fuller handbook. The Ultimate Starter Set goes bigger again, with 37 miniatures and the Spearhead rules for fast, focused games.
