Loaded Dice Trade is the wholesale arm of Loaded Dice, the UK games shop. We supply independent game shops, online retailers, board game cafés, schools and gaming clubs across the UK with wholesale Warhammer and Games Workshop miniatures, board games, roleplaying games, Citadel and Vallejo paints, terrain, scenery and hobby accessories — all on one trade account, at 20% or more off RRP.
Please note: we don't supply trading card games on trade accounts.
Supply on sealed card product is too tight and too unpredictable for us to promise wholesale allocations to anyone, so it sits outside trade pricing and isn't in the trade catalogue. We'd rather say so up front than take your order and let you down at allocation. Everything else below is available as normal.

Sensible ordering
£360 inc VAT minimum per order group, carriage paid at £600 inc VAT on the whole order. Mix as many order groups as you like in one order — each just needs to reach the minimum on its own. No monthly commitment, no quarterly targets, no rep ringing you about a pallet of something nobody asked for.

We're a shop too. If a release is going to be tight on allocation, we'd rather tell you before you build a window display around it.
Sell our stock on your own website — Trade API & live feed
Already resell online, or planning to? As well as ordering through the trade website, an approved trade account can connect directly to our stock. List our range on your own site or marketplace and let it read our live availability and your trade prices automatically — no spreadsheets, no re-keying, no listing something we sold an hour ago. Same account, same trade prices; the API just changes how you order.

Pull our catalogue — around 10,000 lines — with your discount already applied, quoted ex-VAT with RRP alongside, so your margin is plain.
Automatic ordering
Send a basket, get an order reference back. Purchase orders and drop-shipping to your customer are supported; a short line rejects the whole order with a reason rather than half-placing it.
Tracking back to you
Order status and tracking numbers return through the same connection, so you can tell your customer their parcel is moving.
It's a standard REST/JSON API, so it connects to more or less anything that talks to a supplier — Linnworks, Cin7, Veeqo, Brightpearl, Shopify, WooCommerce and plenty of in-house systems. We hold a small stock buffer back so our own shop can't oversell behind you, and the handful of tight-margin lines that sell at a floor price rather than your headline rate are flagged — so you're never surprised at the invoice.
Sealed trading cards aren't available through the API.
Just as on standard trade accounts, we don't feed sealed TCG — Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana, One Piece and the like. Allocations are too unpredictable for us to promise a live feed we can't reliably fill. Card-game accessories — sleeves, binders, deck boxes — are unaffected.
How to get connected

Do I need a trade account before I can use the API?
Yes. The API serves trade pricing, so your account has to be approved first — it's the same application either way.
Does the API cost anything?
No. For an approved trade account, API access is included — no setup fee, no subscription.
Is stock reserved when I check it?
No. The number you see is what's available at that moment; it isn't held until you place an order. We keep a small buffer back so we can't oversell behind you, but fast lines are worth ordering promptly.
Can I drop-ship straight to my customers?
Yes. Send a delivery address with the order and we'll ship straight to them.
Can I still order the normal way?
Of course — the API is an addition, not a replacement. Plenty of partners use it for routine restocking and the trade website for everything else.
How to get a trade account
Trade pricing and products are locked until your account is approved — you won't be able to browse the trade catalogue until we've assessed your application.

- Log in and order Once you're authorised you'll get access to the trade site, where you can see trade prices and place orders. We invoice you before we order anything in.
Trade ordering and terms
- Minimum spend: £360 inc VAT per order group. Every brand in the trade catalogue belongs to an order group; you can order from as many groups as you like, and each one needs to reach £360 inc VAT on its own.
- Carriage paid when your whole order reaches £600 inc VAT.
- You're invoiced first. All orders are pro-forma — we invoice you and only order your stock once the invoice is paid. No credit accounts.
- Lead time: stock is bought in from UK suppliers once your invoice is paid, so dispatch is typically 2 weeks or more depending on volume and availability.
- Orders are non-refundable once placed, as per B2B selling rules. Please read and understand this before ordering.
- No sealed trading cards on trade accounts.
UK B2B selling rules
This is business-to-business purchasing, so the rules differ from consumer shopping:
- No automatic consumer "cooling-off" period for online orders — that's a consumer distance-selling protection, not a B2B one. (Business Companion)
- Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections apply to consumers — individuals buying mainly outside their trade or profession — and don't usually apply to B2B transactions. (legislation.gov.uk)
- B2B sales are governed by the contract terms and sale-of-goods rules for business sales — goods should match description, and other implied terms can apply and can only be limited within the law. (FSB)
- Limiting liability in B2B is allowed, but certain exclusions must meet the "reasonableness" standard under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. (legislation.gov.uk)
- Late payment: UK law can allow statutory interest (8% + Bank of England base rate) and fixed compensation on late invoices, unless the contract sets a different valid rate. (GOV.UK)
In short: trade orders are treated as professional purchases. Returns, cancellations and remedies are handled under our trade terms and applicable B2B law, not consumer retail rules.

Trade account FAQs
Do you supply trading card games on trade accounts?
No. Sealed card product is excluded from trade accounts entirely. Supply is too tight and too unpredictable for us to commit to wholesale allocations, and we'd rather tell you that now than take an order we can't fill. It isn't a volume question — we don't offer it to anyone on trade.
Do you supply Warhammer and Games Workshop at trade prices?
Yes — Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy, Black Library, Citadel paints and hobby supplies are all available on a trade account, alongside the other ranges. Discount levels vary by range and supplier, so we'll tell you where Games Workshop sits for you when we approve the account.
What's the minimum order on a trade account?
£360 inc VAT per order group. Every brand in the trade catalogue belongs to an order group, shown by a coloured letter beside its name. One order can include several groups, as long as each group reaches £360 inc VAT on its own. Carriage is paid when the whole order reaches £600 inc VAT. There's no monthly commitment and no quarterly target — order when you need to.
When do I pay?
Before we order anything. When you send an order we check it and email you a pro-forma invoice. We order your stock in once it's paid, and dispatch is typically 2 weeks or more after that.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. VAT registration helps your application but it isn't a requirement — plenty of smaller shops, clubs and schools aren't registered. We do need to know either way.
Can I apply if I only sell on eBay, Amazon or TikTok Shop?
Yes. Marketplace-only sellers are welcome — just give us your shopfront links so we can see your trading history. Applications with no verifiable selling presence at all are much harder to approve.
I'm a school or club, not a business. Is that fine?
Absolutely. Put your school URN or club name where the form asks for a company number, and tell us in the notes what you're buying for.
How long does approval take?
Usually within two working days. We read every application by hand, so if something needs clarifying we'll email and ask rather than silently rejecting you.
Why is the catalogue hidden until approval?
Because trade pricing isn't public pricing. Our suppliers expect it to stay behind an approved login, and frankly so do the other retailers buying from us.
Can I get credit terms?
Not at the moment — every order is pro-forma: we invoice you first and order your stock once it's paid. It keeps our pricing where it is.
