Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you're reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-released product that isn't yet in our inventory.

We take full payment at checkout for all pre-orders — we don't take deposits or partial payments. Taking payment doesn't guarantee fulfilment: a pre-order isn't a guarantee of supply, as allocations can occasionally be cut or supply issues can arise outside our control.

You can cancel or change a pre-order at any time before it's dispatched, for a full refund. Just contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but our normal returns policy and your usual consumer rights apply — you can return it or request a refund under those terms.

When you cancel, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days (usually much sooner). Depending on your bank, it can then take a further 2–10 working days for the money to appear.

Any release or shipping date shown is an estimate, not a guarantee of when you'll receive your order. We aim to have pre-orders land on release day, but manufacturer, distributor or shipping delays do sometimes happen and are outside our control.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together once the latest pre-order item is released. If you'd like the in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
