Sorry β we can't change the delivery address on trading-card pre-orders. Your only option is to cancel the order. Please go back and choose "Cancel an order" above.
Use this to return an item, request a refund, or report anything that arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If it's faulty, damaged or the wrong item, please reply to our confirmation email with a photo β it speeds things up massively.
Pre-order refunds can take up to 14 days (a legal requirement), though we usually process them a good deal sooner.
Tracked deliveries usually arrive within
1β2 working days of dispatch, but this is an estimate and couriers can run late β especially at peak times. As per our terms, please allow
