Shipping policy
We post orders quickly and keep delivery costs as low as we can. This policy explains when we dispatch, what delivery costs, how long it takes, and where we ship. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed once a parcel is with the courier, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you promptly.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on weekdays the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays are usually dispatched the next working day. We don't dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays, so weekend orders ship the following Monday.
We hit this the vast majority of the time, but occasionally can't — for example during peak periods (often November and December), if you've changed your order, if it's especially large, if there's a problem such as a damaged item, if it includes hazardous goods, or due to staff illness or weather that prevents parcel collection. If you think your order hasn't been dispatched, please allow 3 full working days before contacting us.
UK delivery rates
We post within the United Kingdom using tracked Royal Mail services. Your delivery cost is confirmed at checkout:
- Free standard delivery on orders over £65 (some exclusions apply).
- Standard delivery on orders under £65: £4.99.
We keep postage as low as we can and only pass on the costs we incur. We reserve the right to change our delivery rates at any time.
Delivery times
Our tracked services typically arrive within 1–2 working days of dispatch, but delivery times are estimates only and aren't guaranteed once a parcel is in the courier's hands. As a rough guide:

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Outer Hebrides may take longer.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a little while to update, depending on when the parcel enters the courier's network — if it isn't showing anything yet, please check back a little later.
Choice of courier
We're unable to offer a choice of courier. We use the couriers that give the best balance of reliability and cost, which helps us keep your delivery prices down.
Where we ship
We ship within the United Kingdom, and internationally to the EU, USA and Australia. International shipping rates vary and are shown at checkout. We hope to add more destinations in future.
Following the introduction of the Windsor Framework, shipping to Northern Ireland is temporarily suspended until we are fully compliant with the new regulations.
Hazardous goods
Some products — mainly aerosol spray paints and primers, and certain solvents, thinners and flammable glues — are classed as hazardous goods for transport. Because of how these must legally be carried, they ship by road courier only and are not eligible for next-day or guaranteed delivery. Hazardous items typically arrive within 2–7 working days of dispatch.
If your order contains both hazardous and standard items, it may be split into separate shipments sent independently, and the standard items may arrive first. You won't be charged any extra where we split an order. Because these goods can't travel by air, they're generally available for UK delivery only, delivery to remote UK areas may take longer or be unavailable, and a signature may be required on delivery. Hazardous items may also be excluded from free or promotional shipping.
If there's a problem with your delivery
Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed once your parcel is with the courier, and we can't be held responsible for courier delays. If your order is delayed, hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@loadeddice.uk — our Help Centre also has step-by-step guidance for missing or damaged parcels. None of this affects your statutory rights.
