You sell it. We store it, pick it, pack it and ship it.
Loaded Fulfilment is order fulfilment for growing ecommerce brands. Send us your stock, and we handle everything from the moment it arrives to the moment it lands on your customer's doorstep — barcode-scanned at every step, stored somewhere clean and dry, and packed the way you'd pack it yourself.
Are you trudging down to the post office or an InPost locker every day when you could be building your business? Let us take the strain.
Who it's for
We're built for ecommerce brands shipping individual products — the sort of orders that go out in ones and twos to real customers, not pallets going out to warehouses.
That means:
- Direct-to-consumer brands with their own online store
- Games designers and publishers fulfilling a Kickstarter or Gamefound campaign
- Accessory and hobby brands with a growing SKU count
- Marketplace sellers on eBay, Amazon, Etsy or TikTok Shop
- Small manufacturers who'd rather make things than pack them
We're particularly good with delicate, high-value and collectible items — the things that need handling properly rather than being thrown in a jiffy bag and hoped for.
Who it isn't for
We're honest about this, because it saves everyone a wasted call. We're not a bulk storage warehouse. If you're looking for somewhere to park pallets of low-value, high-volume goods for months at a time, or you ship out by the pallet rather than by the parcel, we're the wrong fit — and our storage pricing reflects that deliberately.
Why Loaded Fulfilment
Accuracy first, because that's the bit customers notice
Receiving, putaway, picking and packing are all barcode scanned, backed by purpose-built software and proper warehouse hardware. Fewer errors, fewer "where's my order?" tickets, and a smoother experience for your customer from day one.
Clean, dry storage for stock that deserves it
Not everything can live in a damp corner and hope for the best. We store sensitive, high-value and collectible items in a clean, dry environment designed to keep them in exactly the condition your customer expects to receive them.
Onboarding that's actually one-to-one
No vague self-serve setup and a PDF you'll never read. We onboard you personally, so your products, packaging rules, inserts, bundling, returns and shipping preferences are mapped properly. The workflow is tailored to how you actually sell — not how a generic warehouse wishes you sold. We take pride in getting to know you, your business and your particular headaches.
Room to scale
Start small and grow without changing provider later. We'd rather take on a brand shipping thirty orders a month and still be shipping their three thousand in two years' time.
What we handle
- Receiving and putaway, barcode scanned
- Storage in a clean, dry environment
- Pick, pack and dispatch with scan verification
- Bundles, kitting and custom packing rules
- Returns handling — optional, and tailored to you
How it works
- Discovery call. We get to grips with your SKUs, order profile, packaging needs and service expectations.
- One-to-one onboarding. Receiving rules, barcode setup, pick and pack flows, and shipping logic, all mapped to how you sell.
- Go live. Stock received, stored correctly, orders dispatched accurately.
- Optimise. We refine packaging, packing speed and cost per order as your volumes grow.
Pricing
Let's be honest — this is what it's all about. Cost benefit for you and your business.
Your pricing shouldn't be copy-pasted from someone shipping T-shirts when you're shipping fragile collectables. We price individually based on what you sell, how it's stored, and how it's picked and packed — so you pay for what you use, not for someone else's business model.
That said, you need a ballpark. These are average rate examples, not a fixed rate card — your actual quote is built around your products and volumes.

Storage
£25.00 per cubic metre, per week — clean, dry and secure, which is rather the point when the stock is worth something. It's priced for compact, valuable goods that turn over, not for warehousing pallets of bulk.
Plug it into your shop
Every client gets access to the Loaded Fulfilment API, so your store can talk to our warehouse directly instead of you emailing us a list of orders every morning.
- Register your products — SKUs, titles and barcodes.
- Book in consignments before you send stock, so goods-in can check the delivery against something.
- Read your live inventory — what's on the shelf, what's committed to orders, and what's genuinely still available to sell.
- Send us orders automatically as your customers place them.
- Get tracking back the moment a parcel is dispatched, ready to push to your customer.
It's a standard REST/JSON interface, so it connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Linnworks, Cin7, Veeqo, Brightpearl or anything built in-house. Not technical? That's fine — plenty of clients just send us orders and let us get on with it. We'll cover which approach suits you during onboarding.
Stock figures you can actually trust
Stock is reserved the moment we accept an order rather than when it's picked, so two customers can never both buy your last unit. Every movement — deliveries in, orders out, stocktake corrections, damages — is recorded with a reason and a reference. If you ever need to reconcile a count, there's an audit trail rather than a shrug.
Frequently asked questions
What does fulfilment cost?
We price individually, based on what you sell, how it's stored, and how it's picked and packed. As a ballpark: receipt and put away of already-barcoded stock from £0.20 per SKU, picking from £1.00 for the first item and £0.25 thereafter, pack and dispatch from £3.75 per order, and storage at £25.00 per cubic metre per week. See the rate examples above, then get in touch for a tailored quote.
Do you take on small brands?
Yes. Start small and scale without changing provider later — that's rather the point. We'd rather grow with you than turn you away for being early.
Do you store bulk stock or pallets?
Not really our thing. We're built for ecommerce brands shipping individual products to customers, and our storage is priced for compact, valuable goods that move. If you need long-term pallet storage for high-volume, low-value stock, a bulk warehouse will serve you better and cost you less.
Can you handle bundles and custom packing?
Yes. Bundles, kitting and custom packing rules — inserts, gift notes, specific packaging for fragile items — are mapped during onboarding, so they happen every time without anyone having to remember.
Do you handle returns?
Optionally, yes, and tailored to how you want them dealt with. Returns are one of the things we map during your one-to-one onboarding rather than applying a default policy that doesn't fit.
What if my products don't have barcodes?
Not a problem — plenty of collectables arrive unbarcoded. We'll apply our own labels at goods-in so everything can still be scan-verified through picking and packing. It costs a little more per unit, so send barcodes where you have them.
How long does onboarding take?
It starts with a discovery call to understand your SKUs, order profile and packaging needs, then a one-to-one session mapping your receiving rules, barcode setup, pick and pack flows and shipping logic. We'd rather spend the time up front than discover the gaps on your first busy week.
Do you ship internationally?
Tell us where you ship when you get in touch and we'll cover it in your quote.
How do I know what stock you're holding for me?
Through the API, in real time — what's physically on the shelf, what's already committed to orders, and what's genuinely still available to sell. Every movement in or out is recorded with a reason and a reference, so a count can always be reconciled.
