We know the box is half the point for a lot of collectors, so POPs are picked and packed with that in mind rather than thrown in loose. We won't promise a courier has never put a corner in — we'd rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. If one turns up damaged, tell us and we'll sort it.
What size is a standard Funko POP?
The usual size is 9cm, roughly 3.75 inches. Bigger formats exist — 15cm supersized and 25cm jumbo — along with 4cm keychains, and where a figure isn't the standard size we put the measurement in the product title so there are no surprises.
Is this a chase or exclusive variant?
If it were, the title would say so. Chase figures, exclusives and retailer variants are always named as such — so if the title doesn't mention one, this is the standard release. We don't hide variants in the small print.
Do the figures come sealed in the box?
Yes — everything arrives sealed in its original window box, exactly as it came from Funko. We don't sell debox or loose figures, so what you get is what a collector would expect.
