Care Bears Series 1 Bag Clips

Hi Jacqueline, thanks for the feedback — and I'm really glad your grandson's enjoying his Care Bear clip.

Just to clear up the postage mystery: the order was sent Tracked 24, Royal Mail's fully-tracked priority service, so it's rather more than a stamp on an envelope. It's also down to size rather than weight — because a bag clip is more than 25mm thick, Royal Mail won't accept it as a Large Letter, so it has to travel as a parcel no matter how light it is. Once the parcel postage, packaging and the time to pick and pack are added up, we're at around £5 to get even the smallest item to the door; whether it's a bag clip or a house brick, the carrier charges much the same.

The good news: we add any extra items for just 10p each, so a single small purchase is honestly the least economical way to shop with us. A couple of extras next time and the postage all but disappears across the basket.
