The One Piece Card Game is Bandai's anime TCG built around the world of One Piece, and it's grown fast enough that this collection now covers booster boxes, extra boosters, starter decks and accessories across the full run of sets.
The newest release, OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors, hit Japan on 22 August 2026 and English shelves on 28 August — the largest set so far at 131 card types plus four specials, ahead of OP-16's 126 and OP-15's 125. It's also one of the first sets under Bandai's move to simultaneous worldwide releases in 2026, so English-language players are no longer waiting months behind Japan for new cards.
If you're new to the game, each player builds a 50-card deck around a single Leader card, using Character, Event and Stage cards alongside a Don!! resource system to attack the opponent's Leader and Life cards. Starter decks are the simplest way in — they're pre-built and balanced around one Leader, so you can be playing games the same day rather than assembling a deck from loose packs first.
For collectors, booster boxes and extra boosters are where the chase cards live, and with each new set outgrowing the last in card count, pull rates and secondary market prices shift quickly — buying close to a set's release is usually the best time to find sealed product at retail price rather than a mark-up.
However you're playing, it's worth sleeving anything you care about early. Cards get shuffled and handled a lot more than people expect, and a cheap pack of sleeves protects a lot more value than it costs.
