Italeri – Italian Plastic Model Kits Since 1962 Italeri has been making plastic kits in Italy since 1962, and for plenty of modellers its painted box art was the thing that got them hooked. The range is wide and well-researched: aircraft from WWII fighters to the Tornado and F-35, 1/35 military vehicles and figures, warships, the famous big 1/24 truck kits and a line of 1/9 classic racing motorcycles. Italeri kits sit comfortably in the middle of the market – more detailed than a starter kit, less fiddly than the most specialist brands – which makes them a good step up once you've got a few builds under your belt. The 1/24 trucks in particular are a hobby of their own, with modellers building whole fleets of Scania, MAN, Iveco and Freightliner rigs. Every kit comes unpainted and unassembled, with decals for one or more markings. You'll want plastic cement, a pair of sprue cutters and some acrylic paints to finish the job – all of which we stock alongside the kits. Loaded Dice sells Italeri model kits.
