Bats are the only mammals capable of true, powered flight — everything else that claims the title is really just falling with style. The EUGY Bat trades the spooky reputation for something altogether fluffier: a wide-winged, big-eared charmer built from eco-friendly card, as happy on a bookshelf in May as on the mantel at Halloween.
Ages 6+ · Builds in about 10–20 minutes
What's in the box
Pre-cut card slices, numbered so wings and ears assemble in the right order
A pot of non-toxic glue — no other tools required
Illustrated step-by-step instructions with batty facts between the steps
Best for
Halloween decorating that doesn't go in the bin on 1 November
Wildlife fans — Britain's bats deserve far better PR, and this helps
A calm evening build: numbers, glue, done before bedtime
Wings spread on the shelf, it looks caught mid-swoop — the friendliest night-flyer you'll ever share a room with, and the quietest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need glue or scissors?
Neither, because the glue is already in the box — a pot of non-toxic glue comes with every EUGY. The card slices arrive pre-cut and numbered, so there's no cutting, no measuring and nothing else to buy. Open it and start.
What age are EUGYs for?
Six and up is the guide. Younger children get on with them happily alongside an adult for the fiddlier layers, and plenty of grown-ups build them without a child anywhere in sight — which we're not going to judge.
How long does one take to build?
Ten to twenty minutes — short enough to finish in one sitting, which is rather the point. It's a proper screen-free wind-down that ends with something to show for it, rather than a project that gets abandoned half-built on the kitchen table.
Pre-cut, numbered card slices that stack into the finished animal, a pot of non-toxic glue, and illustrated step-by-step instructions with genuine facts about the creature scattered through them. Designed in New Zealand, and the range holds a Red Dot Design Award — unusual for something this cheap.
my whale mad 3 year old grandchild loves anything to do with whales so this kit was perfect. Have bought a few more as well as the offer of 3 for £22 beat any other price. Found this company online and service was great. Super fast delivery which was much appreciated. Woll definitely buy from here again. Thank you

Great gifts
I discovered and bought some of these little kits in Australia so I was pleased to find a UK site selling them. I love the red panda. They're easy to make and very cute but, be warned, they're addictive! I've bought some for gifts (and for myself) so I'm looking forward to more happy hours of glueing and admiring the results.
