Pre-orderWe order this in for you from our supplier. The expected month is our best estimate: release dates are set by the manufacturer and can move, so it is not guaranteed.
Before you pre-order
This is a pre-order. We order it from Bandai especially for you.
The expected delivery date is an estimate and can move. Most pre-orders arrive on time, and some even arrive early.
Because we order it in especially for you, please only pre-order if you're sure you want it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel.
If your basket has other things in it too, we'll hold the whole order and send it all together once this arrives. Want the rest sooner? Just place it as a separate order.
Bandai Real Grade (RG), 1/144 scale
Advanced inner frame, MG-level articulation
Snap-fit parts plus realistic decals
Read moreRead less
Real Grade sits in the sweet spot of Bandai's Gunpla range — Master Grade levels of detail without the Master Grade price tag or build time, all packed into the same compact 1/144 footprint as an Entry Grade kit. This RX-78-2 Version 2.0 is the classic mobile suit from the original series, reengineered with a proper inner frame so it holds real action poses instead of static ones.
What's in the box
Snap-fit, colour-moulded plastic parts — no cement required
An advanced inner frame for genuine skeletal articulation
Realistic decals to pick out panel lines and hazard markings
Build experience
Real Grade engineering brings near Master Grade detail to a smaller frame
Wide range of motion for dynamic, screen-accurate poses
A satisfying, involved build without the size or cost of an MG kit
It's the kit that converts a lot of builders to Real Grade in the first place — small enough for a shelf of Gundams, detailed enough that it doesn't look out of place next to the bigger ones.
Supplied unpainted and unassembled. A few coats of model paints and a panel liner will make the detail sing.
Pre-orders can move, and occasionally a maker cancels one. If your basket mixes pre-orders with other items, we'll hold the whole order and send it all together once the last pre-order arrives. Need something sooner? Place it as a separate order, or ask us to send what's here early for £4.99. See our pre-order help
