Hand over the choice instead. A Loaded Dice eGift Card arrives by email in seconds and spends on anything we stock — so they can grab this the moment it's back, or pick something else entirely.
Multiply pockets per page by two, since both sides are used — a 9-pocket page holds 18 cards, so a 360-count binder is 20 sheets. The rated figure assumes one card per pocket; doubling up fits more but rubs the surfaces together, which rather defeats the point.
Will sleeved cards fit in the pockets?
In most modern portfolios, yes — pockets are cut to take a card in a standard sleeve, though it'll be snug. A double-sleeved card usually won't go. If you're storing sleeved cards, look for something described as sleeve-friendly or side-loading rather than a basic album.
Side-loading or top-loading — which should I get?
Side-loading, if the cards are worth anything. Top-loading pockets let cards slide out when the binder is tipped up or carried in a bag, which is how most people lose a chase card. Side-loading pockets hold everything in place whatever you do with it.
Are portfolios safe for valuable cards?
Look for acid-free and PVC-free — that's the bit that protects a card over years rather than weeks, since PVC can leach over time and damage the surface it's pressed against. Most modern binders from the established brands meet that standard, but it's worth checking the description on anything holding cards you'd hate to lose.
