German Yellow is a warm, mustard-toned yellow — useful for markings, insignia, faded fabric and any warm yellow that shouldn't look too bright. A handy earthy yellow from Vallejo's Model Color range.
Best for
Markings, insignia and detail
Faded fabric and warm earthy yellow
Smooth, self-levelling coats with minimal brushstrokes
Use it neat for warm mustard cloth and markings, or as a muted base under a brighter yellow highlight.
The warm mustard yellow for detail and cloth. Pair it with a pale yellow highlight and a brown wash.
