Swamp tufts capture the murky, mottled greenery of boggy, waterlogged ground — the darker, damp-toned growth that thrives at the edges of marshes and stagnant pools. At 4mm these medium clumps add subtle height and grim atmosphere, and being self-adhesive they simply peel, place and press down. Perfect for swamps, fens and any base that should feel wet and unwelcoming.
Why they're good
Murky, damp tone for swamps, fens and bogs
Medium height suits most bases
Trim to size for total control over placement
Cluster them at the edges of water effects and around rocks — boggy growth loves the damp margins, and placing it that way sells the swamp.
Murky wetland growth for atmospheric bases. Pairs perfectly with Vallejo water textures and the rest of the basing range.
