On release day, or as close to it as the delivery gods allow. We ship pre-orders the moment stock lands in our warehouse — usually that's the official street date, sometimes a day either side. We'll email you a tracking number the second it's on the van.
Now, please. Pre-orders are paid up front — that's how we secure your slot in the queue. Think of it as putting a tenner on the bar before the rush starts.
Yes, any time before it ships. Drop us a message and we'll refund you in full, no awkward questions and no "are you sure though?" follow-ups. Once it's left the warehouse, it falls under our standard returns policy.
By default we hold the lot and ship together when the last item lands — saves you postage and saves a tree. If you'd rather have stuff dispatched as it arrives, just say so at checkout or drop us a line and we'll split the shipment.
99% of the time pre orders are fulfilled without issue, but occassionally there may be problems outside of our control and we may have to cancel.
