This Christmas we're supporting Tŷ Hafan children's hospice. You'll find a donation point on your way out.
Take home a photo with Santa
Add photos with Santa when you book, or buy them on the day. We'll take them during your visit, print them there and then, and pop each one in a Christmas card frame for you to take home.

Book your time
Pick a session, tell us a little about each child and pay at checkout. Each session lasts 30 minutes, with a maximum of 6 children, so every child gets about 5 minutes with Santa.
Full refund up to 48 hours before
Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your visit.
SEND sessions SEND stands for special educational needs and disabilities. These quieter sessions are for children who would find a busy grotto hard, for example because of autism, ADHD, anxiety, sensory needs or a disability.
Bookings from 9am to 10:30am each day are SEND bookings. These are quieter times to meet Santa, with no flashing lights and a calmer environment.
Please don't book a SEND session unless your child needs one. There are only three each day, so we're keeping them for the families who do.
Two adults per booking
There's a maximum of two adults per booking, to allow space for the children to enjoy the experience.

ArrivingPlease arrive at your session's start time, not before. There's very little room to wait inside
PayingDiscount codes, gift cards and Chamber store credit can't be used for bookings, and bookings don't earn Chamber credit. Please book separately from any other shop order

Anything that would help your child's visit?
Access, sensory needs, allergies, a nervous child, anything at all. Once you've booked, email northpole@loadeddice.uk and quote your order number.
Add photos with Santa, £5 eachPrinted there and then, in a Christmas card frame. Up to one per child, or buy them on the day.

Refunds and cancellations
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your visit, including any photos with Santa you've added.
What if it's less than 48 hours before my visit?
We can't refund bookings cancelled within 48 hours of your time, or if you don't arrive, as we won't be able to fill your place.
Can I change my time or the number of children?
Yes, up to 48 hours before your visit. We'll move you to another session with free places, or refund any child ticket you no longer need.
What if you have to cancel?
If we have to cancel or change your visit, we'll offer you a new time or a full refund.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Email northpole@loadeddice.uk and quote your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
Tickets are for a set date and time, so the 14-day right to cancel online orders doesn't apply to them. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
