Extends acrylics — matt finish

Matte medium extends your acrylics and flattens the finish. This AK 3rd Gen Matte Medium adds transparency and volume while pushing a colour towards dead matt — ideal for glazing, thinning and knocking unwanted sheen out of a matt acrylic paint.
Best for
Extending paint and adding transparency
Pushing a colour towards a matt finish
Thinning for glazes without losing body
Mix it with your colour to taste — more medium for more transparency and matt. It keeps paint workable and even, and is a handy way to stretch expensive colours.
