Perfect for boulders, cliffs and outcrops
Read moreRead less
Big rock formations need bulk, and cork gives you that bulk without loading down your terrain board. These Large Cork Chips from War World Scenics' Battlefields & Basing range build cliffs, boulders and rocky outcrops fast, and they're light enough to stack without collapsing anything underneath.
Best for
Boulders, cliff faces and rocky outcrops on boards and bases
Building real height and drama into terrain pieces
Combining with finer cork or rubble for layered ground
How to use
Snap chips to size and stack or glue them into shape
Undercoat, then paint and drybrush as granite or sandstone
Blend the edges with sand or static grass to sit it into the base
Once painted, large cork chips are near-indistinguishable from real stone — proper rugged terrain that weighs next to nothing on the table.
Big rock, feather-light. Pair it with fine cork and a scatter of static grass for a properly layered landscape.
