Oil washes always dry a shade too glossy for realism — matte-finish military and monster paint jobs want flat, not satin. Abteilung 502's Matt Effect Thinner (ABT112) fixes that at the mixing stage: an ultra-smooth thinner with a matting agent built straight into the formula, so every wash, filter and oil effect you lay down dries dead flat without a separate varnish step.
