Base — high-pigment basecoat
Smooth matte
Colour: muted sickly green
Read moreRead less
Death Guard Green is the sickly, washed-out green of plague and decay — the base for the Death Guard and any suitably diseased, rotting scheme. As a high-pigment basecoat it lays down even, muted green in a single coat, the grim foundation for rust, grime, gore and every unpleasant thing you'll layer on top.
Best for
Death Guard and Nurgle-tainted armour
Diseased, decaying colour schemes
A base for rust, grime and gore effects
Lay this down and the fun of making it look truly revolting can begin — which, for a plague army, is the whole appeal.
A dependable base you'll reach for army after army. Build the rest of your scheme from the Warhammer Colour Base range, and lay it down cleanly with a good brush.
