D&D Miniatures – Nolzur's Marvelous Minis for Your Tabletop
Every miniature in this collection comes from WizKids' Nolzur's Marvelous Miniatures range — the standard for unpainted D&D minis. They're cast in a soft PVC, come pre-primed in grey, and use deep, clean sculpt lines that make them noticeably easier to pick out with a brush than cheaper unpainted plastic, which is why they've become the default choice for Dungeon Masters building out a monster shelf and players who want a miniature that actually looks like their character.
The range now runs to dozens of waves covering player character archetypes, common monsters, bosses and environmental pieces. WizKids' latest wave, out in August 2026, is built directly from the 2024 Player's Handbook classes and species and the 2025 Monster Manual, so if you're running games on the newest core rules you can match miniatures to character options and stat blocks that didn't exist a couple of years ago.
If you're starting from scratch, a good approach is to grab a boxed starter set for your party's classes first, then fill in monsters as your campaign needs them rather than buying blind — a beholder is a lot of money to own if your table never fights one. Single-figure packs are the way to go for anything campaign-specific, like a named villain or a unique creature your DM has built into the story.
