Under "When should we send it?", choose the day you want it sent. Leave it on As soon as possible and it goes straight away, as usual.

We hold it, then send it
We keep your order safe at our warehouse and send it on the morning of the day you picked.
Why it's handy

Does it cost anything?
No. Picking a day is free.
Is it the day it arrives?
No, it's the day we send it. Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days of being sent, but the courier sets the delivery date and we can't guarantee it. If it must be there by a set day, pick a day or two earlier. Shipping policy
Which days can I pick?
Any working day, Monday to Friday, from two working days ahead to about three months ahead. Bank holidays and days our warehouse is closed aren't offered. The basket only ever lists days we can send.
When do I pay?
When you order, as normal. Your items are put aside for you straight away, so they can't sell out before your day.
Can I have it gift wrapped as well?
Yes. Wrapping is done by hand, so the earliest day you can pick is one working day later. How gift wrapping works
Why can't I see the option in my basket?
It doesn't show for baskets with spray paints (they go separately by courier), or with pre-order or back-order items (we send those when they arrive). The quick-pay buttons on a product page (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) also skip the basket, so add the item to your basket, pick your day there, then check out.
Can I send it straight to them?
Yes. Put their address as the delivery address at checkout and it goes to them on your day.
Can I change or cancel my day?
Yes, just get in touch before the day you picked and we'll change it for you. Order help
