How it works
Choose your gift
On the product page, tap Make it a gift. Already in your basket? Tap Add gift wrap on that line instead.
Pick a paper, write a message
Choose a paper, then add who it's to, who it's from and a message of up to 125 characters. We print it on a label for you.
We wrap it and send it
We wrap it at our warehouse, tie the bow and add your message, then send it to whichever address you give at checkout.

Every wrap comes with a bow and your printed message. Papers that run out drop off this list by themselves.

How long does gift wrapping add?
One working day. We wrap each gift by hand before it's packed.
Can you wrap pre-orders and back orders?
Yes. We wrap them once they reach us, so allow one working day for dispatch after the item arrives.
How is wrapping charged when I buy several things?
The first item is full price and every extra item in the same order is half price, in the same paper. A bundle, such as a box set or multi-pack, is capped at the price shown above, however many items are in it.
Can I add a message without the wrapping?
Yes. Choose Gift message only in the gift options and we print one label for the whole gift.
Can I send it straight to the person?
Yes. Put their address as the delivery address at checkout and we'll send the wrapped gift to them.
Can everything be gift wrapped?
Almost everything. If an item can't be wrapped, the Make it a gift button doesn't show on it. Digital gift cards are emailed, so there's nothing to wrap: see gift cards instead.
What if they want to swap it after Christmas?
Christmas orders placed between 25 October and 24 December can be returned until 31 January. How returns work
Can I choose the day it's sent?
Yes. Pick a day in your basket and we'll hold your order, then send it on that day. Wrapping is done by hand, so the earliest day is one working day later. How Pick Your Day works
