Collectible Pre-Orders UK

Pick the figure, statue or kit and order it now. We order it in especially for you, so there's no refreshing for restocks or racing a sell-out. Each product shows when we expect it: Next few weeks means it's already out and we're ordering it in (usually 2–4 weeks), otherwise you'll see the month it's due.

Yes. The manufacturer sets the release date and they do slip, sometimes by a few weeks, now and then by more. The month we show is our best estimate, not a promise. Most arrive on time and a few even turn up early. You can check where an order has got to on our pre-order tracker.

You pay when you place the pre-order, the same as any other order. That reserves yours, and we ship it the day it lands with us. Free UK delivery on orders over £65.

Yes: add them to the same basket. Our shipping policy explains how mixed orders are sent. If you'd rather have the in-stock bits sooner, place them as a separate order.

Anything marked Before Christmas is arriving in the next few weeks or due out before December, so it should make it. December and later releases are unlikely to. If it absolutely has to be under the tree, pick from our collectibles in stock now and order by 20 December.

Yes. Every pre-order is official, licensed merchandise from the maker (Good Smile, Bandai, Hot Toys, Hasbro, Kotobukiya and the rest), bought through official distribution. No bootlegs, no knock-offs.
