3rd Gen acrylic paint (AK11113)
17ml dropper bottle
Matt finish — dark brown chipping tone
Read moreRead less
Chocolate is a warm, dark brown chosen as an ideal chipping colour — the tone that reads convincingly as bare, weathered metal showing through worn paint. AK's high-pigment 3rd Generation acrylic lays it down matt and smooth by brush or airbrush.
Best for
Sponge and brush chipping on armour and equipment
Worn edges and scratches revealing 'bare metal'
Warm dark brown for wood and leather
Stipple it with a sponge or fine brush on the edges and high-wear points, then add a lighter metal or rust dot inside larger chips. Thin it for airbrush work; matt finish takes washes cleanly.
