This is the electric, almost glowing blue you reach for when you want energy weapons, force fields, glow effects or eye-catching sci-fi accents to really pop off the model. Layered over a white or pale base it hits hardest, giving you that lit-from-within intensity a standard blue just can't manage.

Put it over a light undercoat and use it sparingly where the light would be brightest — a little goes a long way when you're faking a glow.
Non-toxic, high-pigment and scratch-resistant once dry. Works a treat next to the other fluorescents in the AK 3rd Gen range.
