Blood Red is a deep, dramatic red from Army Painter's Speedpaint 2.0 range — the one-coat system that lays down colour, shading and highlights in a single pass. Brush it straight over white primer and the intense shading appears instantly, no layering required — perfect for red cloaks and armour, and a cracking base for blood and gore effects.
Best for
Red cloaks, robes and armour
Blood and gore effects
Dries fast, ready to layer with acrylics
One coat over white and your reds have deep, ready-made shadows straight away.
One-coat colour and shade in a single pass. Pair it with a white primer and a bottle of Speedpaint Medium to control coverage.

Hand over the choice instead. A Loaded Dice eGift Card arrives by email in seconds and spends on anything we stock — so they can grab this the moment it's back, or pick something else entirely.
Purchased online and delivered at super fast speed. The price of the item was almost half the cost from similar stores. I am very happy with the service and will be back for more.

Amazing coverage, easy to use. High contrast for easy painting. Much better than others "contrast" paints. Highly recommend.
