"Pretty little thing, in her way, wasn't she?"
Sideshow Art Prints presents The Bride of Frankenstein Fine Art Print, an officially licensed Universal Monsters collectible by artist Chris Valentine.
Despite her brief screen time in 1935's sequel The Bride of Frankenstein, actress Elsa Lanchester brought life to a figure yet to be fully imagined even within the confines of Mary Shelley's original novel. This monochromatic portrait captures the striking features and enthralling mystery of the reanimated monster's mate, from her wide eyes and dark lips to the white bolt-like streaks of hair across her temples. Valentine's brush strokes and layering of light and shadow spotlight the character in a way that recalls the tradition of black and white filmmaking.
Each The Bride of Frankenstein Fine Art Print features an embossed Sideshow Seal of Authenticity and is faithfully reproduced from the artist's original oil painting that was displayed and sold during the Sideshow x CODA Universal Monsters gallery exhibition. Available unframed or in a custom framed presentation, this horror movie artwork makes a stunning addition to any fan's art collection.
