Thick enough to hold its shape even on slopes, so naval dioramas, river bases and puddle-strewn streets all become fair game.
Best for
Apply in thin layers, working the surface as it dries with old brushes or tools to shape crests and waves
Dilute with water or acrylic thinner to adjust consistency
Tint with a little acrylic ink to shift the colour
