Every good dogfight needs an opponent. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was the most produced fighter aircraft in history and the Spitfire's great rival over southern England. This one-sheet Metal Earth kit builds a crisp 10.5 cm steel model with that unmistakable angular canopy.
What's in the box
1 laser-cut steel sheet holding every part, ready to snip free
Illustrated step-by-step instructions
How it builds
Snip each part from the sheet, then bend its tabs through the matching slots to lock it in place
No glue, solder or paint required
Moderate difficulty — a good second kit once you've got the hang of the tabs
Fine cutters and tweezers or needle-nose pliers make life much easier (not included)
Build it alongside the Spitfire and stage the Battle of Britain across your bookshelf.
