Part battlefield surgeon, part maniac with a saw — the Painboss patches up the Beast Snaggas with dubious painkillers, bionic bits and squig-based remedies, and is just as happy to swap a Boy's arm for something better suited to heavy-duty krumpin'. If your Orks keep getting duffed up, this cybernetic doc keeps them in the fight. A characterful support HQ.
