US Olive Drab is the definitive American army olive — the muted green-brown seen on everything from Shermans and jeeps to helmets and ammo crates. It's an honest, weighty workhorse that takes chipping and weathering superbly.
Best for
WWII and modern US vehicles
Helmets, crates and equipment
An olive base for chipping
Sponge-chip the edges and dust the lower panels with earth pigments and a US Olive Drab tank looks like it's rolled straight off the beachhead.
The classic GI olive drab. Pair it with an earth wash and the wider Vallejo Model Color range.
