Read moreRead less
The SEA scheme is the look of the Vietnam-era USAF — that mottled green-and-tan camouflage on everything from lumbering A-1 Skyraiders to supersonic F-105 Thunderchiefs. This four-colour 3G set is built specifically to nail it, no colour-matching or guesswork required before you get the airbrush out.
What's in the box
The four camouflage tones of the South East Asia scheme
Four 17ml dropper bottles, self-levelling matt acrylic
Brush or airbrush ready straight from the pot
Best for
F-4 Phantom II, F-100 Super Sabre and F-105 Thunderchief
A-1 Skyraider, A-7 Corsair II and F-111 Aardvark
Any Tactical Air Command jet of the 1960s and '70s
Get the tan and green ratio right across the mottle and the scheme reads instantly — that's the whole job this set is built to make easy. It's one of the most requested Vietnam-era camouflage jobs among scale modellers, and worth doing properly rather than approximating from a general green and a general tan bought off the shelf.
The definitive Vietnam-era camo, sorted in four bottles. Find more period schemes in the AK 3rd Gen acrylic range.
