Enamel pin wash (AK300)
35ml jar
Shadow wash for dark yellow armour
Read moreRead less
Dark yellow — the mid-war German base coat — is notoriously flat until you give it depth, and this enamel wash is mixed to do exactly that. It flows into detail and recesses to add shadow and definition without dulling that distinctive dunkelgelb tone.
Best for
Pin-washing detail on dark yellow / dunkelgelb armour
Deepening panel lines, bolts and hatches
An all-over shadow wash on mid- and late-war German vehicles
Apply over a gloss coat, let it flow, then lift the excess with a thinner-dampened brush. Enamel-based and workable, so you control the depth precisely.
Ready to use straight from the jar. Pair it with filters and streaking grime from the AK weathering effects range for a full dunkelgelb finish.
