The humble sponge is what makes a wet palette work, and these are the AK replacements. Two cotton-fibre wipes that sit under the membrane paper and feed it moisture, keeping your acrylics workable session after session. Neutral white, so they never throw your colour mixing off.
Why it's good
Cotton fibre holds and releases water steadily under the palette paper
Neutral white keeps colour judgement accurate while mixing
15.4 x 21.2cm — sized to fit the AK wet palette tray
A fresh wipe underneath is the difference between paint that stays wet and paint that quietly dries out on you — keep it saturated with water while in use for the best results.
