At 2000 grit you're barely sanding and mostly polishing — this is the paper for bringing a gloss coat to a mirror or prepping bare metal to a real shine. Ultra-fine, used wet, and gentle enough to refine the most delicate finishes without leaving a mark.
Best for
Polishing gloss coats to a mirror
Refining bare-metal finishes
Final passes on clear parts
This is one of the last steps before a model really gleams — refining a surface rather than shaping it.
A workbench essential for a flawless finish. Pair it with the coarser grits in the range and your paints.
