Don't let the name fool you — Ven Denst's Hounds aren't beasts, they're the relentless human hunting retinue of the Sigmarite witch-hunting Ven Denst family, and the tracking-pack name suits them just fine. This Regiment of Renown boxed set builds Galen and Doralia ven Denst alongside their Wildercorp Hunters, a mixed band of crossbow-armed rangers who track down the things that go bump in the Mortal Realms and put them down before they cause any more trouble.
What's in the box
13 multipart plastic models across 109 components
Galen ven Denst and Doralia ven Denst, leaders of the retinue
11 Wildercorp Hunters, including Warden, Trailblazer, Leatherhide and Scout roles
8 × 28.5mm, 3 × 32mm and 2 × 40mm Citadel round bases, plus a construction guide
Weapon & wargear options
The Warden can carry an axe or a hunting crossbow
The Trailblazer can be built with twin crossbows or a crossbow and duelling sabre
Wildercorp Leatherhides choose between a hunting crossbow or a troggslayer spear
Wildercorp Scouts choose between a hunting crossbow or paired hatchets
As a Regiment of Renown, this retinue isn't locked to Cities of Sigmar — it's also playable alongside several other Order armies, so it's a genuinely flexible pickup as well as a great painting project with plenty of leather, fur and weathered cloth to sink your brush into.
Supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue and paints sold separately. Kit out your painting station from our Citadel paint range, or browse the rest of the Cities of Sigmar range.
