Custodes Ultimate Paint Bundle

Nobody has ever finished a Custodes army and thought, "I've got too much gold." The Emperor's bodyguard wear more bullion than a dragon's hoard, and Retributor Armour is the rich, warm metallic that gets them there. One pot covers a few Custodians; a whole Shield Host will drain it faster than a Lord of the Ten Thousand drains your patience. So we've done the sensible thing and boxed up ten.

What's in the box

• 10 pots of Warhammer Colour Base: Retributor Armour, 12ml each
• Enough smooth, opaque gold to basecoat an entire army — vehicles and characters included
• Priced at 10% under ten singles, so you're effectively getting one pot free

Best for

• Basecoating Adeptus Custodes armour in one or two thin coats over a dark or gold primer
• Golden trims and detail work on Space Marines, Sisters of Battle and Imperial vehicles
• Painting in batches without that sinking feeling of the pot running dry mid-squad

Shade it with a brown or sepia wash, edge highlight with a brighter gold, and suddenly your table looks like the Imperial Palace has turned up for a game. Thin your paint and keep the lid closed between uses — ten pots go further when they don't dry out.

Ten pots of the good stuff, one bundle price. Got the gold sorted? Kit out the rest of your Shield Host from the Adeptus Custodes range, or round out your palette with the wider Warhammer Colour base paints.
