Read moreRead less
The Dark Runes rolling pin presses a pattern of grim, ancient runes into putty and clay — ideal for cursed tombs, dwarf holds, ritual sites and any base that should look carved with old, ominous power. One roll and your surfaces read like they were inscribed long before anyone alive.
Why it's good
Seamless, repeating detail across bases and terrain
Non-stick surface releases cleanly from putty
A whole unit of matching bases in minutes
Roll out a sheet of putty, run the pin across it and cut your bases to size — an ominous runic theme with none of the freehand carving.
Ancient runic texture for tombs and dwarf holds. Pair it with basing materials or browse more hobby tools.
