Ûthar the Destined is the greatest hero of the Greater Thurian League — a clone-born champion marked by Votannic prophecy and dedicated to fulfilling it. He reads his foes in moments, then ends them with the radiant Blade of the Ancestors. A legendary, army-leading Kâhl for any Leagues of Votann force — and the kit builds a generic Kâhl too.
